Privacy Policy

How Foosha Studio handles information across its company website and online presence.

Effective August 26, 2026

Who we are

Foosha Studio is an independent product studio. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our company website, contact us or interact with our online presence. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at jean.solopreneur@gmail.com.

Information you provide

We process contact details, project information and messages only when you choose to send them to us, for example by email. Please do not send confidential information unless it is reasonably necessary for your enquiry.

Website and technical data

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and diagnostic logs. This data is used to deliver the website, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, operate and improve the website, protect our systems and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Connected platforms used in our operations

Foosha Studio uses internal tools to manage its own authorized brand accounts on services such as Meta, Google and TikTok. This is an internal operational activity, not a social publishing service offered to website visitors.

When an authorized Foosha Studio administrator connects an account, these tools may process the account identifier, public profile information, granted permission scopes, OAuth tokens, selected media, captions and publishing settings needed to carry out the requested action. Platform passwords are not collected by Foosha Studio; authorization takes place on the platform's own service. OAuth data is not used for advertising or shared for unrelated purposes.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only when necessary with providers that host, secure or deliver our website and internal operations, or with a social platform when an authorized administrator asks us to use it. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Retention and deletion

Contact information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. Technical logs, operational backups and connected-account data are retained only for as long as needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the relevant systems.

An authorized account owner can revoke a platform connection at any time. To request access to or deletion of information held by Foosha Studio, email jean.solopreneur@gmail.com with the relevant account details. We may ask for reasonable proof of control before acting on a request.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted administrative access and encrypted HTTPS transport. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our infrastructure and social platform providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our operations or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest published version.
